Refund and Returns Policy

At Wiganprints, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent refund and returns policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• The item must be in the original packaging.

Note: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Send clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to [email protected].
• We will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

• Notify you via email.
• Approve or reject the refund based on condition.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size due to our error. For other sizing issues, you may return the original and place a new order.

5. How to Return

To start a return:

2. We’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company or bank.
