1. Order Cancellation Window
- You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
- After this period, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or changed.
We work fast to begin creating your custom item, so it’s important to act quickly if you need to make changes.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of your purchase.
- Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Our support team will confirm your cancellation via email.
3. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order if:
- It has already entered production or has been shipped.
- The item is custom-made or personalized and production has begun.
- The cancellation request is made after the 12-hour window.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 – 7 business days, depending on your bank.
